Beautiful, popular girls online are often dubbed "goddesses" by netizens. This brave girl is more beautiful than those so-called “goddesses”.

She is a girl from Hong Kong – Mui Thomas. Born with Harlequin Ichthyosis, Mui’s adoptive parents, Rog and Tina, first met her in a hospital and could not accept her being transferred to a home for the “mentally handicapped”. Despite being cared for by medical specialists, she couldn’t grow up like ordinary kids. So Rog and Tina decided to adopt Mui, and give her all of their love.
Mui miraculously survived her early years. But in high school, she was heavily cyberbullied and wanted to commit suicide out of frustration. Fortunately her parents are always there for her telling her “how important enjoying life is and making the most out of everyday is.”
She has striven to enrich herself. She is now a teacher in Hong Kong. Apart from assisting children with learning disorders, she is also a Hong Kong rugby referee. Her dream is to be an international referee.
Now Mui and her parents often give speeches wishing to encourage others: "I want to tell people: don't let others hold you back or stop you pursuing your dreams. You are born to enjoy your time in this world."
Mui hopes to contribute her positive energy to the world.
